Terms of Service Effective date: July 5, 2026 Welcome to Sortcery. By downloading or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. 1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS You must meet the minimum age in your country to play. This version of the Game offers no sign-in: play is tied to an anonymous profile created for your device. Uninstalling the Game may permanently remove access to that profile's progress. 2. LICENSE We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. 3. VIRTUAL ITEMS & CURRENCY • Coins and gems are licensed to you for in-Game use only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property. • We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual items for balancing, security, or operational reasons, to the extent permitted by law. • Virtual item and currency balances are determined by our servers, which are authoritative. 4. PURCHASES & REFUNDS • Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. All sales are final except as required by law or the applicable store's refund policy. • Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. • If a purchase fails to deliver items, contact sortcery@gmail.com with your Player ID. 5. FAIR PLAY & PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the app or network traffic, use bots or automation, attempt to grant yourself currency or items, reverse engineer the Game except where permitted by law, or disrupt our services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud. 6. USER CONTENT If the Game lets you set a display name or submit feedback, you must not include unlawful, infringing, or offensive content. You grant us a license to use submitted feedback to operate and improve the Game. 7. TERMINATION You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or as required by law. Virtual items are forfeited on termination. 8. DISCLAIMERS The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sortcery and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, data, or profits arising from your use of the Game. 10. CHANGES We may update these Terms; continued play after changes means you accept them. 11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law applies. 12. CONTACT sortcery@gmail.com.
